HOW WE TRANSFORM
Our curriculum is designed for girls and non-binary youth who are exploring who they are, what excites them and how to create more purpose and meaning in their lives.
Using our signature Learn-Grow-Rize Elevated Leadership method we bring leadership concepts to life.
Phase 1 - (LEARN) - who you are, what your unique gifts are, what you value and how to build positive self concept.
Phase 2 - (GROW) - explore what is possible, what goals you want to set for yourself and what might be holding you back.
Phase 3 - (RIZE) - tap into your inner and outer resources so you can show up with resilience, courage and authenticty as you pursue your goals.
The program is a mix of teaching, coaching, mentorship and, of course, FUN.

Who am I and what am I great at?
Facilitated debrief of your own personality and strengths assessment with tools for you to understand and leverage your own unique genius.

What's important to me?
Reflection on your core values, discussions around identity formation, aligned decision-making and showing up in your authentic power.

Where do I want to go?
Exploring your purpose, motivation and goal setting. Create a goal setting blueprint to hold you accountable and keeping you motivated as you put your goals into action.

What’s holding me back?
Exploring your inner critical voice and limiting beliefs and how to overcome these obstacles as you chase your goals.
Who can help me along the way?
Understanding the power of connection, community, mentorship and support. Taking inventory of who inspires you and who you can connect with further as part of your leadership
WHAT TO EXPECT…
a high-touch group program for self discovery, leadership development and goal getting!
Who it’s for:
Self-identified girls and non-binary youth in grades 8-12
Note: two separate cohorts will be offered - one for girls in grades 8-10 and one for girls in grades 11-12
Dates:
Cohort 5 will kick off in early 2025
Week 1: individual one hour intake call, scheduled based on mutual availability
Weeks 2-5: Group Calls
Grade 8-10 calls run on 4 consecutive Tuesdays @ 4:30pm over Zoom
Grade 11-12 calls run on 4 consecutive Wednesdays @ 4:30pm over Zoom
What’s included:
1-on-1 coaching call with Jessica at the start of the program
4 weekly group coaching sessions - 75 min per session, conducted over zoom, providing a mix of teaching, coaching and mentorship
Strengths, personality and core values assessments and debriefs
Workbook for completion throughout the course, including goal setting blueprint
Access to private group platform and on demand support as needed throughout
Optional 60 minute 1-on-1 closing coaching call with Jessica for extra support and a customized deep dive of learnings and path forward (additional $100.00)

FAQs

All sessions will be delivered over zoom. You will receive links to the Rize Girl private zoom room in advance of of the sessions.

Group sessions will be recorded and posted on a private group platform.
24 hours notice is appreciated if you cannot attend a 1-1 session so we can find a time to reschedule.

Each group session will be structured with 30 minutes of interactive instruction and 30 minutes of facilitated group discussion.
There will be take away integration practices to implement after each session which should take no more than 30-60 min per week to complete.

Each participant will go through a discovery call prior to signing up to ensure the program is the right fit for both parties.
Once you are committed to the program, our policy is to only issue refunds in extenuating circumstances.

Like-minded girls going through similar experiences. Most of our participants are excited about growing their leadership skills and elevating to the next level.
We offer seperate age-based cohorts to ensure alignment of development, goals and needs.

Each cohort will be capped at 6 participants for maximum connection and support.
