Jessica is an ICF certified youth resilience and leadership coach who supports young women to take authentic and inspired action.

With 15 years of experience in the youth mentorship and empowerment space, she is passionate about helping the next generation of females discover their genius and live to their fullest potential.

While juggling the demands of motherhood and full time work as a corporate lawyer, Jessica realized that the external successes she had accumulated were not adding up to the internal fulfillment she was seeking. Many of her educational and early career decisions had been made without clear consideration of her unique strengths and values.

Jessica used coaching support as she navigated a career transition and found the process transformational. She left each session wondering why she had not taken the time to incorporate self-awareness practices at a younger age.

Seeing a gap in resources available for young females navigating their life, academic, and career journeys, Jessica created RIZE GIRL, a space to support self-identified females on their path of self discovery and early life explorations.

Her vision is for every girl to have the opportunity to navigate their lives from a place of empowerment, authenticity and clarity. 

Outside of her coaching work, Jessica is a lawyer by trade. She currently practices business law and provides support to a number of female-founded start ups.

Away from the office, you will find her reading, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors in British Columbia where she lives and plays with her husband and two daughters.
